We are small business owners ourselves. We experience the challenge firsthand: the daily juggle of family, health, and wealth in an age where everything is moving faster than ever. We know what it’s like to have a multi-million dollar business run on spreadsheets and sheer willpower.
That is why we started Mission RHW. We help owners and their teams get their time back by building little systems that handle the boring stuff—the typing, the filing, the paperwork—so you can focus on the people and the life that actually matter.
What we actually do, in a sentence.
We build specialized automation and AI systems that handle the repetitive typing, research, and filing parts of your week. Everything we build is tailored around your business and your ways of working. You own the system when we are done.

Who we are.
David and Jay. Based in Sweden. We have been building software for a combined few decades. Before this we built software for the largest tech companies in the world.
We work with a small set of clients, on purpose. An agency would make us more money and we would enjoy it less. A team would mean we spend our week in meetings instead of writing software. Two people, a small number of clients at any time, is the arrangement that works for us and for the people we build for.
Why we do this.
We spent enough years around small business owners to know what they deserve and what most of them get. They deserve software that fits them. They usually get software built for somebody else, dressed up in a logo that looks like theirs, rented from a company that does not know their name.
What we are trying to build, one client at a time, is the opposite of that. Software made for you specifically, by people who learned how you work before they wrote a line of code, paid for once, owned by you forever.
How we work.
Slowly, compared to most. A small agent takes two to three weeks; a proper system takes four to eight. We do not take on more than a handful of clients at a time. We reply to messages within one working day, in writing, not on a call. We do not have a phone number on the site because calls are not how we work, but if a call is easier for you, say so and we will schedule one.

What we will not do.
Because you deserve to know.
- Marketing. SEO. Ads. Social. We do not do any of them, even if our site name suggests otherwise. The name is something we kept because we liked the address.
- Work above a certain size. We are a two-person shop. If you need a team, we will point you at one.
- Software you have to keep paying for. Every build you hire us for is something you own outright when we are done.
- Selling someone else's ready-made tools dressed up as custom work.
- Work for clients whose data we cannot look after safely. We will tell you honestly if we are not the right people for a sensitive file.
